TLT – Tomorrow’s Leaders Today, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

And dedicated to helping develop youth leaders through education, collaboration, and mentorships with community & business leaders for the collective benefit of the students and their communities.

TLT Unlocking the Future Program teaches real life soft-skills, higher education and career readiness through group discussions, hands on exercises, speakers and presentations and educational opportunities right in their community.  

Participants are eight grade and older. Each class will complete a community service project.

Each session focuses on Character and Integrity, Teamwork, Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Inclusion, Action, Vision and Reflection.

TLT Leading Leaders Intern Program welcomes Texas Students from Collin, Dallas, Denton, Grayson and Tarrant Counties.

Ages 17 and older in or out of High School or College participants will take part in a hands-on internship opportunity to gain valuable work experience, explore a career path, develop, and refine skills, gain confidence, and build professional relationships.

Four sessions are available year-round.

    Let us kick off the upcoming year by enrolling you in our Winter 2022 Internship program! We are searching for participants, 16 years and older, who are interested in being a part of the following teams:
    – Business Services
    – Instructional Design / E-learning
    – Operations Policies & Procedures
    – Development
    – Grant Writing
    – Graphic Design
    – Marketing
    – Social Media
    We are accepting applications starting Nov. 1 thru Dec. 10, 2021. The internship runs from January 4th – March 18, 2022.

  2. “Cleaning for a Cause”

    December 20 to January 2nd, your unwanted household donations will help TLT – Tomorrows Leaders Today, Inc provide youth in our community real life basic soft skills, career and higher education skills, leadership skills, civic leadership skills and hands on internship opportunities. This goes beyond the classroom to serve the social and emotional development of our youth.

    Donating to R2S Recycle2Support for TLT – Tomorrows Leaders Today, Inc helps provide this level of service to the underserved youth in Collin County and Denton County. Turn donated clothing and other household items into unrestricted support in the form of monetary donations.

    For every pound of unwanted items donated, TLT receives a monetary donation. Collectively those pounds add up. There are two sites participating, The Frisco and Little Elm locations and here is a link to what you can donate: Due to the holidays, they will be closed 12/25/2022 and 1/1/2022

  5. What are you and your student doing this summer?

    TLT Youth and Adult Leadership Academy is a six-week program presented by TLT – Tomorrows Leaders Today, Inc to any interested 14-17 year old together with an adult 18 years or older, who live or work in Allen, Frisco, McKinney, or Plano Texas.

    Summer 2022 Class Session runs once a week for six weeks. Sessions will be held at the First United Bank building conference room located at 6401 Custer Rd STE 100, McKinney, TX 75070 Space is limited.
    Saturdays, 9am-11am. June 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and July 2nd and 9th.
    Cost for the Program is $250 for both a youth participant 14-17 and their adult (2 participants) both must participate. **Local Chamber Member and Rotary Members discounts available.
