Don Stacy, the founder of The Stacy Group, worked for Del Webb’s new home sales at the very beginning when Sun City was just land and a dream.
In 1998, he left and started The Stacy Group.
The Stacy Group’s focus is to Sun City assisting our clients with resales, new home sales, and leasing.
In 2011, Del Webb/Pulte honored The Stacy Group by allowing us to be the only real estate company with a sales location inside Sun City.
One of the reasons we were given this honor is because our concentration is Sun City.
