About Glen’s Lock Service
Prior to becoming a licensed The Colony, TX locksmith, I was a dealership mechanic for 20 years. I moved over to construction and quickly specialized in hardware and locks.
I spent 10 years as the installation manager for a local hardware distributor.
While there, I spent countless hours troubleshooting lock and key issues.
For instance a big part of my job was training installers and customers on those same locks and key systems.
In 2013, a friend, and locksmith called to tell me he was retiring.
His locksmith business was a small and somewhat part-time job.
I took over and operated the business while still working at the hardware distributor.
January of 2017 I left the day job and went full time with Glen’s Lock Service.
Furthermore I have completed mechanic trade school, attended many product classes, and completed 20+ locksmith trade show classes.
